New corporate offices for a large highway construction firm.  The Owner emphasized the need for both privacy and security as well as including views from all sides into the courtyard. The courtyard was designed with both light and ventilation in mind. The courtyard structure was created from reclaimed bridge steel columns that were provided by the Owner.  The building consists of an open lobby, large conference room, private offices, a breakroom overlooking the courtyard, and support spaces.
