The new 42,282 square foot College of Business facility includes a welcoming Lobby, 120 seat Lecture Auditorium, 60 seat Seminar Classroom, classrooms, a formal boardroom, labs, balcony and offices for faculty, student services and business development. This building was the first phase of construction designed by YWA, and was completed in 2012.

 

Added in 2016, the 19,000 square foot addition to the Business Building is a new, three-story Wing which completes the initially planned L-shape of the facility. The new addition houses classrooms, lecture lab space, student breakout areas, a stock market simulation classroom, balcony, and faculty offices required by the school’s expanded curriculum. The West Wing Addition was completed while school was underway in the main Business Building.
