Cool Planet
The Operations Center for Cool Planet Louisiana is part of a biofuels refinery development at the Port of Alexandria where biofuels are manufactured from biomass materials. YWA performed the architectural design, documents and construction administration duties for this component of the overall development.
The facility houses two major departments, the administrative portion, and the development and operations portion. The administrative area features a public lobby/reception area, conference room, offices, restrooms and support spaces. The development and operations area contains a development lab, operations control center, incident command conference room, locker rooms, high-bay warehouse/repair area, tools and parts storage, and loading docks.
