This new campus project for Northwest LA Technical College in Minden, LA consists of two buildings and associated site improvements. As part of a Design-Build team, YWA served as the Architect of Record. The Administration Building is a new two-story building containing 48,593 heated square feet of instructional classrooms, administrative offices, nursing classrooms, nursing labs, nursing department offices, computer classrooms, student break areas and a large multipurpose space.

The Technical Building is a new single-story building containing 37,321 heated square feet of instrumentation classrooms and labs, automotive classroom and shop, and welding classrooms and shops.
