Huey P. Long Clinic

This project consists of a new 19,000 square foot multi-clinic medical facility to replace Huey P. Long Hospital. The Clinic includes large waiting lobby, Administration Suite, Urgent Care Clinic, Specialty Clinic, and General Practice Clinic. The building design was inspired by the art deco style of the original hospital and the late 1930s. The Art Deco elements include symmetry, curved streamlined forms, ornaments in design, inlayed wood, reflective surfaces, and repetition of elements. YWA also provided FF&E services for this project including: all furniture, medical equipment, security systems, and X-Ray equipment.
