Crawford Elementary & Arcadia High School

Renovations and additions to Arcadia High School and Crawford Elementary update the original 1974, open concept, K–12 Arcadia School Complex. The project includes 98,940 square feet of interior renovations featuring demolition, new walls, openings, and finishes, as well as full replacement of HVAC and communication systems, the addition of fire protection and alarm systems, and a comprehensive upgrade to the building envelope. Renovated areas include the elementary library, hallways, and classrooms—redesigned to reflect school pride—and the transformation of the high school library into a state-of-the-art media center that supports collaboration and modern learning needs. New additions to the campus include a 10,470 square foot elementary multipurpose building, a 5,790 square foot high school science lab addition, a 6,200 square foot middle school wing, and a 22,000 square foot standalone high school competition basketball gymnasium.
